Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than an order arriving damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ideal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Cancellations
