1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high‑volume periods, product launches, or sales events.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review your claim and provide a replacement if eligible.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ideal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ideal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Ideal ships only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
